TED2023: Possibility

Design + Project Management for the flagship tED conference in vancouver

We were the sole interior designer on the event buildout team for TED’s flagship conference in Vancouver. This conference took over the West building of the Vancouver Convention Centre in April, and produced an amazing event full of discovery sessions, exhibits, parties, simulcasts, and of course, the infamous TED Talks. We worked with the TED team to develop floor plans, procure furniture, create 3D digital renderings, analyze use of space and attendee experience, theatre buildout, and work alongside the team at Steelcase for the majority of the furniture needs.
