Conceptual Restaurant Design

Confluence.

A coming or flowing together, meeting, or gathering at one point.

This was a conceptual restaurant design that RDCo’s own Leah Penner designed from concept to construction drawings. She was inspired by the movements and sounds of the 1970’s, and combined those ideas with the natural landscape of the Fraser Valley to come up with the concept and brand for ‘Confluence’. It was important to reflect the core values of Confluence by specifying materials that reflected nature and felt welcoming. Cognizant evaluation of the space planning manipulated the way visitors move throughout the space in a way that allows them to feel comfortable, and to socialize with those around them.
